Trigger Point Therapy

Travis Skaggs and Vicki Harwick are licensed massage therapists who practice at their clinic in St Petersburg Florida. Vicki has 18 years experience and Travis and 17 years experience doing massage therapy. They are both available for outcall to Hotels and homes in the Tampa Florida area.

Trigger Point Therapy uses sustained deep pressure at tender knotted points which are called trigger points. Many times these points are connected to other areas on the body rather than where there there is pain. These are known as referral points. Properly applied sustained pressure on the trigger points often results in a "release" which makes the patient feel better.
